It’s been four months since we started writing about L&C. Of course this conversation has been going on for much longer, but having it in the open has allowed us to learn from what resonates and attune to what’s emerging.

We’re noticing that the people with whom L&C resonates most and with whom we want to have more conversations:

Are reconnecting with their work and one another amidst a world that is buffeting us away from connection and nuance.

Value both the process and the outcome, possibly even seeing them as one.

Pursue shedding rather than adding.

I am what I am because of who we all are.
