We can sometimes be lofty in our solutions to small challenges, when often having a simple conversation with a stakeholder, peer, or customer can alleviate the concern. 

Creating that relationship is key, and not for the purpose of working through a transaction in the future. 

No, just to relate, to see the other person, to hear their struggles truly for a few moments. 

Relation is the repair. Both the process and the outcome.
