Sometimes it’s just a breath.
A turning towards,
rather than away.
A quietening,
Listening,
Inviting.
Amid the urgency,
Pressure to move,
To try,
To act.
The choice to go gently.
A courageous pause instead.
A moment’s surrender,
To discover that which cannot be created
or diminished,
but through spaciousness,
Allowed,
and welcomed in.
A simple breath, a pause, a return.
We recognise ourselves,
each other,
the moment.
Remembering what it is to truly know.
Not because we made it happen,
but because we simply stopped,
for long enough to see.
